HIV Testing Month 2025

“World AIDS Day” is designated on December 1 by the World Health Organization to raise global awareness and understanding of AIDS, and to provide support and care to people living with HIV.
Building on the success of the inaugural HIV Testing Month in Hong Kong, launched in December 2024 by the Red Ribbon Centre (RRC) of the Department of Health, RRC is proud to announce the return of “HIV Testing Month 2025” this year. The initiative aims to enhance public understanding and awareness of HIV while fostering the normalisation of HIV testing in the community. With the collaboration and support of over 20 invited groups and partners—including non-governmental organisations, professional bodies, and community partners—HIV Testing Month 2025 seeks to encourage the public to get tested by providing easy and convenient access to HIV testing through a variety of channels.
